The Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey Foundation is a non-profit organization established to support the programs and services of Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey.

The Foundation raises funds to advance Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey's 107-year legacy of combining compassionate and high quality patient care with the latest medical technology to provide our patients with the best home care possible for all stages of life.

The Foundation depends upon charitable contributions from individuals, corporations and other foundations to provide care to individuals in need, including those without the financial means to pay for their care.

Tribute Gifts

Commemorating a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, or graduation – or making a gift in memory of a loved one – is a wonderful way to express your thoughtfulness. An acknowledgement is sent to the family, with appropriate acknowledgement sent to the donor.
