Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey has the resources and expertise to provide you and your patients with the entire continuum of home health care services and programs.

As the patient's physician, you maintain control of your patient's care. Our highly skilled visiting nurses work closely with you, coordinating all home health care provider services, and updating you on any changes in your patient's condition.

To ensure that your patients receive the proper level of care at all times, our field nurses are equipped with state-of-the-art laptop computers that enable them to retrieve a patient's complete clinical record, review and discuss medication compliance and input new data.

Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey is licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Health and Senior Services and certified by Medicare and Medicaid. VNANNJ is accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) and is a non-profit United Way Agency.
