Dark Chocolate Squares with Dried Fruit and Nuts |

Ingredients 1 10 oz bag Ghiardelli 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 cup dried fruit (strawberries, cranberries, blueberries or cherries) 1/2 cup nuts Sprinkle of sea salt Nutritional info Calories 268 Total Fat 21g Sodium 23mg Carbohydrates 18g Dietary Fiber 5g Protein 3g Sugars 9g |
Directions
- Melt: Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in a heatproof bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Spread: Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
- Top: Arrange dried fruit and nuts on top. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
- Set: Freeze or refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until completely hardened.
- Serve: Break into squares or pieces.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
