Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°, and prepare two cookie sheets with parchment paper or baking spray.
- Combine the sugar, butter, and peanut butter in a bowl, and beat until fluffy and well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla, and mix at low speed.
- Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl, and slowly add the mixture to the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls, and place them on the prepared cookie sheets. Refrigerate dough for 10 minutes before baking to reduce spread.
- Place cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. While cookies bake, unwrap the Kisses of your choice. Milk, dark, caramel, and other chocolate flavors are available during the holiday season.
- Remove the cookies from the oven, and put a Kiss gently into the center of each cookie.
