By opting in to receive text messages (SMS) from the Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey ("VNANNJ," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms:

By enrolling in our SMS program, you may receive text messages related to:
Messages will not include protected health information (PHI) such as diagnoses, treatment details, or clinical information, unless you have separately and specifically consented to receive such content by text.
Message frequency Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and the services you are scheduled to receive.
Costs Message and data rates may apply. Charges may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from VNANNJ at any time. To opt out, text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to receive messages again, you may opt back in by calling 973-539-1216.
How to get help For assistance, call us at 973-539-1216. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911.
Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include most major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage and reliability vary and are not guaranteed.
