No-Bake Oatmeal & Cocoa Cookies |
Makes up to 60 cookies. Recipe adapted from BH&G.

Directions
- Line a large baking sheet with waxed or parchment paper; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa; bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in oats, peanut butter, peanuts, and vanilla.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes or until set. Store cookies in an airtight container and chill.
- Best if eaten within 3 days.
